The "Made In Hawai'i" Story

It was an ordinary day.  Shopping the shelves of stores in Oahu, Kauai and Maui for gifts for family and friends for the upcoming holidays.  Want to make sure that I get something suitable for everyone as well as pick gifts that are actually made on the islands of Hawaii.  More than once I picked up a gift, turned it over and found it was made in China or the Phillipines.  Quite a few stores did feature shelves marked with "Made In Hawaii" posted on them to make it easier to select local gifts.  I did manage to find the gifts I wanted and have all of them made in Hawaii.  I took a few photos of some of the items that I found were made on the islands to show you the selection of gifts I could find.  It was another extraordinary day in the life of an ordinary guy.  PS - click on photos to enlarge.
