The "What's The Chance Of Having A Double?" Story

It was an ordinary day.  Standing next to the Canyon Falls Log Flume at Wonderland Pier on the boardwalk in Ocean City taking a photo of my youngest son Tad and a complete stranger named Brian.  While we were standing near the ride, waiting for family members to pass us as they rounded the first turn in the ride, my grandson Caden came up to me and told me Tad was standing by the entrance to the ride.  "Can't be.
Brian on the left, Tad on the right
He's standing on the other side of me!" I responded.  We all looked in the direction where Caden told us he saw Tad, and sure enough, there was another guy with the same beard, same style hat, same pants ....  he could have been his twin.  Tad wandered over in his direction and when the guy's relatives, who were standing with him, saw Tad, they immediately told the guy to take a look.  Before long the two were talking and posing for photos. Guy's name was Brian and he grew up in South Jersey, but now lives in Delaware.  As I looked at him, I immediately saw the resemblance and saw why Caden thought it was his uncle Tad.

The cut of the beard, the look in the eye, the way they wore their hats and even their mannerisms. Only difference was the inch in height that Brian had over Tad. Then, Brian needed to remove his hat for some reason or another and ... wow!  They both had shaved heads.  Now, at one time or another, I've been told I look like this person or that person, but to actually be standing next to someone and having you photo taken and realizing you could have been a twin, that's amazing.  Hey, what's the chance of having a double?  It was another extraordinary day in the life of an ordinary guy.
