It was an ordinary day. Just opened "Blogger" to add another story to my blog. As soon as I opened the link I noticed it was completely different. Didn't like what I saw so I clicked on the link to take me back to the original format that I have used for years for this blog. Before it allowed me to do so, it told me that after a certain date, I would no longer be able to use the older version of blogger and would have to use what I am trying to use for this story. I know I must adjust, but doesn't mean I have to like it. So, I guess I will have to get used to the look and have to stop complaining. I have no choice if I want to continue to post stories. The tool bar on the new blogger is somewhat similar with undo and redo symbols on the left followed by the font style, font size and paragraph selection. Next comes the Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Text color and text background color. That is followed by "insert link", "insert or edit link, insert video and insert special characters ☺. Then there is the left, center, right and justify link followed by the "increase indent" and "decrease indent links. The "bulleted list" and "numbered list" follow with the "Quote text" and "Insert jump break." The final few links are "Left to Right layout", "Right to Left layout" and Input Tools links. The final link on this toolbar is "Clear formatting" link. The new blogger seems like I can adjust to it, but my stories will look slightly different when you open "Blogger". Does that matter to you? Now, all I have to do is end this story and see how I make out with adding a photograph or artwork. Hope you enjoy the new Blogger, since you also will not be able to return to the old one. It was another extraordinary day in the life of an ordinary guy. PS - this is the closest font style I can find in the new choices that matches the old version.
