It was an ordinary day. The pizza is here! Tad, our youngest son, was treating for supper. The family travels to Ocean City, NJ every year for a week at the shore. Everyone usually either brings along a meal or two or treats for a meal. Tad decided to buy pizza for supper. Now, this isn't any pizza, but the GIGANTIC pizza from Three Bros. from Italy shop on the boardwalk. They have a sign hanging in the shop that says "Eat the Whole Pizza in an hour and you get it free plus free pizzas for a year." You know they can't afford to do that too many times, so they make it so big that no one can possibly eat it in an hour. And, Tad bought three of them. They must be at least three feet in diameter. There are 10 of us who will be eating supper and there is no way we can finish all three. Or is there? One is just a regular cheese pizza. One is half barbecue chicken and half sausage. The last one is half broccoli and half extra cheese. Drinks for everyone and we start eating. Add some chips and you have a great UNHEALTHY meal. A piece of this is almost like eating a personal pizza at other shops. Well, it wasn't long before we had the three pizzas polished off. Can't believe we ate all that. Then Tad said, "Hey, anybody ready for some Rita's?" It was another extraordinary day in the life of an ordinary guy. Photos from top are: LDub holding supper, Camille looking at the intimidating pizza, Tad preparing for supper and the grand kids chowing down.
