• change a diaper
• deliver newspapers
• go camping
• heavy lifting
• climb a 40 foot ladder
• go jogging
• touch my palms to the floor while standing and not bending my knees
• pitch batting practice for an hour to the team I am coaching
• shoot a shotgun
• water ski
• eat 4 apple dumplings at one sitting
• put a roof on the house
• go deep sea fishing
• snorkel in deep water
• work an 8 hour day
OK, OK. Enough! I'm getting myself upset with all the things I probably won't be doing anymore, ever. But, then I started thinking of some things that maybe I might be able to do again such as: ride a roller coaster, own a sports car, go on a cruise, travel, and sing in a choir. Hey, feelin' better. And then there are the couple of things that are still not crossed off on my bucket list that are not age related and that I got to work on such as: getting a tattoo and learning how to play the guitar so I can sing in a rock and roll band. Laughing yet? You just wait and see! It was another extraordinary day in the life of an ordinary guy.
